processes and can demonstrate at least 3 years of comprehensive
practical experience in ITSM

continually improve the processes according to ISO/IEC 20000 and
can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience in
ITSM
Exam prerequisites
Foundation Certificate according to ISO/IEC 20000
At least 3 years of professional experience in ITSM
Successful completion of a certified training, which prepares
for the "Associate in ITSM Exam"
Proof of successful fulfillment of at least three (3)
practical assignments as part of the certified training to
assess and confirm the candidate's management skills
Exam content
The
multiple choice examination consists of 80 questions relating to
the following subject areas:
Planning the IT Service Management system
Managing the IT Service Management system
Measuring, monitoring and reporting on the IT Service
Management system
Improving IT Service Management processes
The examination session will be conducted by an independent
invigilator of the Certification Body for Persons – Examination
Institute of TÜV SÜD Academy.
